Healthy Weight Loss - Real Deal No One Tells You About
What is healthy weight loss, truly? Everybody knows that a proper diet plus exercising lead to weight loss, and they usually call such combo as healthy weight loss.
Majority takes a normal fat loss diet with meat included plus slogging hard with cardio. They lose weight, yes, but are they achieving excellent health at the same time? Not really. Let's take a look at their diet.
Normal (commercialized) weight loss diet includes lots of things people usually eat such as fried food, meat and other highly-processed food, so long as they control the calorie intake. It does this way for just one reason — to fawn on the majority who wanted very much to lose weight without giving up the (unhealthy) food they like. They added that by getting in shape you'll be freed from obesity-related health issues such as cardiovascular disease and stroke. And that's called "healthy weight loss".
But the problem is, by eating those meat-laden and highly-processed diets, you're exposing yourself to other deadly diseases such as cancer, hormonal imbalance and host of other health problems. To my mind, any weight loss diet that contains meat and highly-processed food are termed unhealthy.
Scientific researches and real human results have established that a vegetarian or vegan diet is the healthiest weight loss diet anyone should take up. So, go with a vegetarian diet where lots of fruits and vegetables are included, and you'll lose weight healthily with a radiant glow on your skin that makes you look 10 years younger.
Next point on healthy weight loss is, exercise. I don't encourage people to waste their time and effort on cardio exercises, unless you have lots of spare time that you don't know how to expend. Interval exercises have been the latest hits for busy working people - it is now and it's going to be as well in the future.
You only need to fork out 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week doing interval workouts, and you gain 3 to 9 times as much fat loss as doing the steady-state cardio. Interval exercises will also help to dramatically improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your bone density and enhance your overall joint articulation - much better than what cardio can offer.
But here's what you do need to be careful of - before starting any exercises, go have a physical examination run by a qualified doctor, and check with them the kind of exercises you can do.
All in all, to achieve healthy weight loss, eat a vegetarian or vegan diet and go with interval workouts (where possible).
