Insomnia Test — "Do I Have Insomnia?"

By Laura Ng

Have you been sleeping badly lately? If you do, you're probably having insomnia.

Insomnia refers to the inability to obtain sufficient quality sleep, especially when chronic. But that doesn't mean you'll always feel lousy even if you didn't sleep a wink the night before. It depends on multiple factors. Let's run a simple test for insomnia and see if your sleep disorder requires much attention.

Insomnia Test

1. Are you having difficulty falling asleep at night? You need 30 minutes, or worse, 2 hours (at times) to drift into slumberland.

2. You feel so tired after a hard day's work and almost tearing apart, but when you flop into your bed, ideas just couldn't stop racing through your mind, or you can't stop worrying about what's gonna happen the following day.

3. You wake up early despite you sleep late the night before.

4. Once awaken at night, you would have trouble falling asleep again.

5. You wake up on and off in the middle of your sleep.

6. You catch 7 - 8 hours of sleep, but you still wake up tired and weak.

7. You snore throughout the night (you may not realize this until someone tells you).

How many "yes" have you gotten out of the above insomnia test? If one or more of the problems occur to you once in a blue moon, then you ain't likely to have sleep disorder.

On the contrary, if you've already been plagued by just one of them for 2 - 3 days in a week and consistently over a period of 2 - 3 weeks or even months, then you're in for a serious insomnia problem. This could easily develop into chronic condition if you do not take remedial action now.

You gotta find out the cause of it, and then snap out of it.

Insomniacs normally turn to sleeping pills for a quick insomnia remedy. But taking pills isn't a good and healthy solution because the effect of each type of pill will wear out quickly in 2 - 3 weeks' time.

Ask yourself: How long do you intend to dope yourself with chemical-laden drugs? How much money are you preparing to pay for sleeping drugs? Worst, they'll destroy your chances of sleeping all by yourself as you'll grow dependent to them.

Stop wasting your hard-earned money on those chemical substances that can bring about unforeseen adverse effects on your body you won't know how serious you'll get when they set in. It's time for a natural insomnia remedy. You'll save money in the long run and most importantly, you could have been cured in just a couple of days, if you get the truly effective natural remedies for insomnia.
